I strongly disagree with the categorization of this article in "American Murderers." Even if the category includes accused murderers, the casual viewer of the page would not immediately know that. It creates a predisposition and presupposition of guilt on the part of the public, when the fact remains that there has been no verdict in the case, and not even a trial. If he is convicted, I can understand categorizing his article that way, but until then (or until Wikipedia has a specific "Accused Murderers" category), it's not appropriate to apply the label in this case. Where is the record of the Article 32 hearing that is being refered to here? If the link was once working, it doesn't refer to that now.
