Nowhere does it say that a school has to be "notable" - it only needs to provide factual information.

Factual != verifiable. I tagged this with a new template that will either get this expanded, merged into the article on the town, or nominated again for deletion. If you can cite some sources, reasonable sources, for the information you've posted, then you have a fighting chance.
