Rayzz is a video sharing software solution. The company is based in Chennai, India and is a subsidiary of Agriya Infoway. It has clients in many vertical markets such as TV Broadcast, Newspaper and Magazine publishing and Web Sites. Clients include Cisco for whom they developed an intranet social network for Cisco's employees.

Rayzz was developed in December 2006 by Agriya Infoway, an established Indian company providing outsourced software development to a global client base. After the original Beta software was released it was re-written in May 2007 to provide a more stable platform. The software was re-written again in November 2007 and assigned the 2.0 version. The current version is 2.2.

The Rayzz software allows the user to run a video sharing website. Users are able to socialize with one another like they can on MySpace or YouTube. The software allows a user to upload an AVI or MPEG video which will be transcoded to an FLV file and can be played on an FLV Player.
