Raymond Phélypeaux

Raymond Phélypeaux, seigneur d'Herbault et de La Vrillière (died May 2, 1629) was a French politician.
He was treasurer of the Épargne in 1599, ministre d'État (November 5, 1621), Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs from March 11, 1626 to May 2, 1629.
He was the father of Louis Phélypeaux (1598-1681).
