Not to be confused with the similarly named Ray Stevens.

Ray Stephens (December 14, 1954 – October 4, 1990) was the lead singer in the disco group Village People in 1985, performing as "The Policeman" on the Sex Over the Phone album. He also starred in 1980s TV series "The Great Space Coaster."
