Ray McKinnon (born November 15, 1957) is an American actor, screenwriter, film director and producer. He has been married to actress and producer Lisa Blount since 1998.

He, along with his wife, won the Academy Award for best Live Action Short Film in 2001 for The Accountant. He, along with Blount and Walton Goggins, founded the production company, Ginny Mule Pictures.
