Raymond "Ray" George Lumpp (born July 11, 1923, in Brooklyn, New York City) is a retired American basketball player. He competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics.
He was part of the American men's basketball team, which won the gold medal.
From 1948 to 1953, Lumpp played professionally for the NBA's New York Knicks, Indianapolis Jets, and Baltimore Bullets.
