[edit] About 82ASK and Re5ult

In response to your inquiry at User:ArglebargleIV#82ASK :
First, you copied the same text into 82ask and 82ASK -- in that case, one should be a redirect to the other. However, there's wasn't anything in there that either wasn't already in the Re5ult article, or is puffery which seemed to be taken from press releases. Okay, I've taken a second look at things. The redirect is good, but it probably should go the other way I think, redirecting 82ask to 82ASK. The article needs to be rewritten -- information about the parent company should be handle by a reference to Re5ult instead of a copy. The Sarah McVittie article has been deleted once already, and although she is the CEO of the company, nothing has really changed since then, and she's really not notable enough WP:NN for an article, or even a redirect. Some of the text you've put in Any Question Answered is pushy.
Basically, this is an encyclopedia, not a promotional website, so some of the text has to be 'toned down', as it were, in my opinion. -- ArglebargleIV 14:27, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Proposed for Deletion notices

I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Sarah McVittie, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Importance). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree, discuss the issues raised at Talk:Sarah McVittie. If you remove the {{dated prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
