[edit] Notability

As per WP:BAND this article does NOT meet the criteria for speedy deletion. The subject of the article contains three members who were "once a part of or later joined a band that is otherwise notable". Furthermore, at least one of the members is one of the most influential musicians in British rock music spanning 40 years of the progression of the genre, and has had significant influence on the development of bands such as Deep Purple. With this in mind, the article, although currently a stub, is part of the broader scope of the Deep Purple "family tree" and its intertwined branches through bands such as The Outlaws, Episode Six, Ian Gillan Band, Gillan, with further connections with Quatermass, Curtis Knight, Frankie Miller, Andy Fraser, Phil Lynott, Phil May of The Pretty Things and Gary Barden, amongst various others.
