Raw Justice is a 1994 film starring David Keith, Airplane! star Robert Hays and Pamela Anderson.

Hays plays Mitch, a very ordinary man with little luck with women. He manages to get a date with Donna, the mayor's daughter. The date doesn't go well and he soon drops her off at her house. Later that evening she is murdered while showering and soon Mitch becomes the prime suspect. He is arrested and soon after released on bail. The mayor hires Mace, a former cop, to keep an eye on Mitch. While investigating the case, Mace soon learns that someone is trying to kill Mitch and they are also now after him. He also learns that the killer is a cop who has been murdering witnesses and faking evidence against Mitch and Mace. The killer cop is soon also after Sarah (Anderson), a prostitute who was briefly seen with Mace but soon becomes sexually involved with both Mace and Mitch.
