Ravshan Irmatov (born August 9, 1977) is an Uzbekistani football referee who currently resides in Tashkent. He has been a full international referee for FIFA since 2003.
He was selected as a referee for the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Canada, where he refereed the group stage match between The Gambia and Mexico as well as the match between Chile and Congo.
