Ravenswood, once considered an "up and coming" neighborhood in the past decade has recently seen its real estate values sky-rocket, making it one of the highest valued markets in the city. Ravenswood features the Lincoln Square commercially zoned neighborhood located in the middle. Otherwise most of Ravenswood is residentially zoned, with exceptions along Lawrence Avenue, Montrose Avenue, Wilson Avenue, and parts of Damen and Western Avenues.
