The schools started since its founding selecting the teachers who have experience and competence. It also pursued to achieve the excellence and innovation, and provided with distinct educational experience. In under that was approved numbers of conditions must be met for anyone is chosen to teach in the schools' divisions (boys and girls) they are as follows:
1-Islamic behavior becomes a commitment and spirit.
2- Experience and expertise in his / her respective areas.
3-He / She has a Bachelor's Degree in Education.
4- Full-time basis to work at the school during working hours.
5- He / She has a personality that be able to deal with students and guide them.
6-He / She has a wide culture and enlightened thought.
7-He / She must pass the phases of acceptance in superiority, and they are:
• written examination, which aims to find out the ability to articulate and good line and free of spelling errors.
• Personal interview with the school administration, aimed to know the personal knowledge of the teacher and educational abilities.
• Interview counselors, and aims to measure the level of scientific (academic) and teaching methods.
8-He / She enters the training course that sets up by the school for those who were admitted.
