Rastislav Belicak is a Slovakian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Geylang United of the Singaporean S-League.

Belicak grew up as a footballer in the youth system of FC Kosice, and stayed with the club when he started his professional career, before moving to Malaysian Super League team Terengganu FA in 2004. One year later, he moved back to his home country to play for FK Slavoj Trebišov and MFK Zemplín Michalovce before he was signed by Singapore side Geylang United.
On April 11, 2008, Belicak earned the Man-of-the-Match award for his excellent performance in the 1-0 win at Jalan Besar Stadium over his side's main rivals Tampines Rovers.
The following day, reports surfaced that Belicak had accused Rovers veteran Rafi Ali of punching him in the left eye in that same game, after a scuffle in the Geylang penalty box while defending a corner towards the end of the match. Television cameras did not manage to capture the incident, but the referee stopped play to allow Belicak to receive treatment, however the former was unaware of the incident. He returned to the pitch soon with his left eye visibly swollen. The matter has since not been pursued by Belicak and his club due to insufficient evidence.
On May 12, 2008, Belicak scored his first goal for Geylang in a 2-1 loss to the Super Reds at the Yishun Stadium in the Preliminary Round of the Singapore Cup. His goal, which came in the 90th minute of play, forced the game into the extra time, but the game was eventually lost.
