Rasool Nagar

Rasool Nagar is a small village situated at the bank of Chenab River. It is 8 kilometres away from Ali Pur Chatta, 40 kilometres away from Wazirabad. It is a historical place starting its history from Raja Ranjeet Singh(a Sikh emperor) and ended at British rule. Here are gardens built by the Sikh emperor. There are many shrines most notable ones are Baba Ghulab Shah and shrine of Pir Mulak Shah. An annual carnival is held in honor of Baba Ghulab Shah.Rasool nagar is a compact city. Locals are offended when it is called a village. Qadrabad berage is about 7-km from Rasool Nagar. There are many historical buildings located in Rasool Nagar.
