Rasonic (Chinese: 樂信牌) is a brand name of Japanese Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., a company that produces a variety of electronic products.

Under the brand name Rasonic, the company produces a variety of home appliances, such as rice cookers, hair dryers, dehumidifiers, refrigerators, ovens, plasma and LCD televisions, DVD Recorders, kettles, air conditioning units, foot massagers, and vacuum cleaners. It was originally conceived by Matsushita Electric's distributor Shun Hing Electric Works in Hong Kong, China to promote products in the Far East.

The name Rasonic was introduced as an alternative budget brand name to Panasonic for appliances marketed in Hong Kong and China domestically by Shun Hing Electric Works, Matsushita's Panasonic distributor in the early 1980s. In 1994 Matsushita established the joint venture Panasonic Shun Hing Industrial Sales (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd and Panasonic SH Industrial Sales (Shenzen) Co., Ltd in China with Shun Hing Electric Works (Hong Kong), and the Rasonic brand became a Matsushita subsidiary.
