Rashaun Demier Freeman (Born December 15, 1984, in Schenectady, N.Y) was an American college basketball player at the University of Massachusetts. He was a prospect for the 2007 NBA Draft. He received a tryout for the Memphis Grizzlies.

He was a Senior team tri-captain with Stephane Lasme and Brandon Thomas. Finished 4th in career points at UMass with 1,744. Third in career rebounds with 998. 2006-07 Atlantic 10 First Team for three years in a row. Scored a career high 31 points vs St. Bonaventure. Throughout his UMass career he averaged 14.8 points and 8.5 rebounds.
