Rashad Baker (born February 22, 1982 in Camden, New Jersey) is an American football safety for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League. He attended the University of Tennessee, and was signed by the Buffalo Bills as a undrafted free agent in 2004. In 2006 he was cut by the Bills and was picked up by the Minnesota Vikings. On November 7, 2006 he was released by the Vikings and signed by the New England Patriots.
On December 19, 2007 the Patriots released him and was picked up by the Oakland Raiders via waivers on the same day.
On March 6, 2008, his jersey number was changed from number 28 to number 22, as number 28 was Gibril Wilson's number on his previous team, and on May 1, 2008 another change from number 22 to number 27.
