The Rasch Baronetcy, of Woodhill in Danbury in the County of Essex, is a title in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. It was created on 29 August 1903 for Carne Rasch, Conservative Member of Parliament for South East Essex and Chelmsford. He was succeeded by his eldest son, the second Baronet. He was a Colonel in the Army. On his death the title passed to his nephew, the third Baronet. He was the son of Brigadier Guy Elland Carle Rasch, younger son of the first Baronet. As of 2007 the title is held by the third Baronet's son, the fourth Baronet, who succeeded in 1996.
