Rasantha Cooray is Editor-in-Chief of Lanka Tribune a forthnightly free newspaper published in the United Kingdom, aimed at British Sri Lankans.
Cooray who has a background in Information Technology took the decision in 2007 to launch his community newspaper in the UK. He comes from a family who have been in the forefront of the media on the island of Sri Lanka.
