Greetings,
[edit] Hours of Catherine of Cleves
A note to say that I thought this a very interesting and thorough article, which I much enjoyed. It is probably a bit late to leave the formal Welcome template, as you are already finding your way around, but I have added it anyway (just take if off again if you don't want it there). Please do feel free to contact me via my Talk page if I can be of help. HeartofaDog (talk) 19:00, 13 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Multiple Refs
If you mean more than one reference attached to a single point, then it is like this: [blah blah blah]<ref>first ref</ref><ref>second ref</ref>, which gives a visible result of: [blah blah blah]12
If however what you mean is that you want to repeat a particular reference at different points throughout, then it is a bit more complicated, in that you have to give it a name the first time it occurs, like this: [blah blah blah]<ref name="blah">repeating ref</ref> ... [blah2, blah2, blah2]<ref name="blah"> ... [blah3, blah3, blah3]<ref name="blah"> which gives a visible result of: [blah blah blah]3...[blah2, blah2, blah2]3...[blah3, blah3, blah3]3
You can find more detail and more examples at Help:Footnotes and WP:Footnotes.
Have fun with your future articles, to which I will look forward. Don't hesitate to contact me if I can be of help. All best, HeartofaDog (talk) 22:55, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] (The) Rohan Hours
Sorry not to reply sooner - I don't spend much time on Wikipedia at this time of year.
The move, though I can see that it must be irritating, is not vandalism - cf this passage from Wikipedia:Naming conventions (books)#Manuscripts:
"Although, for example, the Très Riches Heures du Duc de Berry is at the same time a manuscript and a book, for such items it is the "manuscript names" naming conventions guideline that deals with article naming.
By contrast Les très riches heures du Duc de Berry, published in 1984, ISBN 3-85672-025-1, a two volume facsimile + commentaries edition of the "Très Riches Heures du Duc de Berry" manuscript, is a book in the meaning of the present guideline."
So "The Jungle Book" as a book-title retains the "The", but an article about the Rohan Hours, because it is about a manuscript, should not have the "The" before it. (The guidelines above make the further point that such articles are about the manuscripts, not about later books about the manuscripts).
Please let me know if there are other points that you would like to discuss.
I hope you are having an enjoyable Christmas, and best wishes for the New Year. HeartofaDog (talk) 17:55, 26 December 2007 (UTC)
