[edit] "the unexpected death of the middle of the chicks"
It's not clear from the plot summary whether "the unexpected death of the middle of the chicks" is connected to anything else in the paragraph. Did the male kill one? Did the Acrocanthosaurus? The plot summary seems rather long, especially in comparision to the rest of the article as it currently stands. The article makes the book sound pretty interesting, though. - She died after a long fight with a noncontagious disease of some kind - I want to say something involving either pneumonia or heart problems, but unfortunately I don't have the book within easy reach. --Sparky Lurkdragon 04:14, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] GA pass
It's ok. Wasn't aware of this novel, interesting perspective. Alientraveller 17:54, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
Whoops, needs fair use rationale guys. Thanks. Alientraveller 18:21, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Was Iguanodon really in Raptor Red?
I've read the book a couple times before. I don't have it on hand at the moment, but from what I remember, I thought it only mentioned generic "iguanodonts". Does it really mention Iguanodon specifically at some point? 71.217.109.61 (talk) 18:49, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
Yes, it does say "Iguanodon" several times (in fact, most of the time I believe). Dora Nichov (talk) 04:34, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Very long summary
The plot summary is awfully long. I love this book, but eight paragraphs just seems like a lot to sum up the plot of a book, and Raptor Red isn't even that long. Right now the "summary" covers almost every single plot point in the book--is that really necessary? 75.208.113.170 (talk) 05:58, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
