Talk:Rape pornography

[edit] Legality
Is it actually illegal anywhere to possess (i.e., in the same sense that child pornography is "illegal")? The page about Australia suggests that just means it can't be broadcast. Mdwh 21:39, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
Nopes, in the Netherlands it is legal. Ofcourse only, if the actors consent in the act.
The article is not clear: is it depictions of actual rape that is illegal in most places, while depictions of staged rape (i.e. actually consensual sex) are legal, or are both types illegal in most places? This needs to be clarified. --HarmonicFeather 05:05, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
- Agreed. Since it's ambiguously worded, unsourced, and unlikely to be true anyway in my opinion, I'm removing it. I'm also removing the following sentence, as there's no evidence how widely available this is. Mdwh 14:50, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
