[edit] License tagging for Image:Gen Sir R L McCreery.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Gen Sir R L McCreery.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 23:06, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Courtesy messages

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policy for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. [1] (Requestion 00:19, 13 June 2007 (UTC))

The 3 external links you added to the celiagreen.com website are a slight improvement but I'm curious. Why are you adding so many celiagreen.com external links? Is this your website? (Requestion 21:45, 14 June 2007 (UTC))

[edit] November 2007

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Celia Green, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. This is especially important when dealing with biographies of living people, but applies to all Wikipedia articles. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are already familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add your original reference to the article. Thank you. Anastrophe 15:39, 14 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Replaceable fair use Image:Celia Green.jpg

Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:Celia Green.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Polly (Parrot) 17:15, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

Thank you for this message. Please note, there is currently no image of Celia Green in the public domain, and she has given her permission for the use of the photograph in question on Wikipedia. Ranger2006 (talk) 12:53, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Celia Green.jpg

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Celia Green.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 00:18, 23 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Negative priming

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Negative priming, and it appears to be very similar to another wikipedia page: Negative Priming. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 23:37, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

Hi, the recent edit you made to Hallucinations in those who are not mentally ill has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. You'll need to discuss this on the article talk page to establish a consensus on what the article should be called. Perhaps leave a message at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Psychology to ask for more opinions. Epbr123 (talk) 15:53, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
