"When Navigator 1.0 came out, we created a QA [Quality Assurance] lab overnight," Lopp said. It was simple in the beginning. "We had people just surfing the Web, clicking on links, saying if [the presentation] looked all right to them." But the pressure to decide if a 'build' was good, on 16 platforms, was mounting. "Now we have a point release every two months. Each needs a full level of testing on the multiple platforms," said Lopp.
