Ranjeeta Kaur

Ranjeeta Kaur (sometimes credited as Ranjeeta) is an Indian movie actress. Her nickname is "Robby."[1] She was trained at FTII. She started her film career as the lead opposite Rishi Kapoor in the movie Laila Majnu (1976). Subsequently she came in hits like Pati Patni Aur Woh, Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se with Sachin. She made a famous team with Mithun Chakravorty in films such as Surakshaa. She also was one of Amitabh Bachchan's heroines in Satte Pe Satta. She has appeared in some 47 films.

Her sister Rubina was also an actress.

Recently, she has signed a new movie opposite her famous screen hero of yesteryears Mithun Chakraborty.

She was romantically involved with actor/director Akbar Khan for several years. Later, she married Raj Masand and now has grown son, Sky.[2].
