The Ranita Listada (Scinax ruber) is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Martinique, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Saint Lucia, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, and possibly Paraguay. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, dry savanna, moist savanna, swamps, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, pastureland, plantations , rural gardens, urban areas, heavily degraded former forest, ponds, and canals and ditches.
