Randy Hales is a former wrestling promoter and on-screen manager. He has managed wrestlers, PG-13 and Macho Warrior Ric Hogan. He played a major part in the United States Wrestling Association. He was also a part of Power Pro Wrestling, a short lived promotion which lasted from 1998 to 2001. Power Pro Wrestling was once a developmental territory for the WWE until it met it's demise.
