Randy Cameron (born January 28, 1989, in Cornwall, Canada) is an ice hockey player. He was a fifth-round draft pick (148th overall) by the Detroit Red Wings in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.

Prior to being drafted, Cameron played for the Moncton Wildcats of the QMJHL. In the 2006-07 season Cameron finished with 39 points in 70 games. After being drafted by the Detroit Red Wings Cameron followed up his promising campaign with a disappointing one after he did not improve on his game.
