Random! Cartoons is a spin-off of the Nickelodeon animation showcase Oh Yeah! Cartoons. Produced by Frederator Studios for Nickelodeon, it is set to premiere on Nicktoons Network and its parent channel sometime during December 2008 according to creator Fred Seibert.[2] (A specific premiere date, having been delayed several times, is currently unknown.) Thirteen full-length episodes have been ordered for the show, which is also known as Oh Yeah! Cartoons' fourth season.
On January 10, 2007, ASIFA-Hollywood hosted an advance screening of six shorts as well as a question and answer session with the filmmakers at the Nicktoons Studios in Burbank, California.
