Randolph Township is one of thirteen townships in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. As of the 2000 census, its population was 867.

Randolph Township covers an area of about 30 square miles and contains the unincorporated town of Romney. According to the USGS, it contains two cemeteries: Elmwood and Mintonye.
