Rand is an unincorporated community on the Kanawha River in Kanawha County, West Virginia, USA. Rand is best known as the hometown of the current New England Patriots wide receiver Randy Moss.
Another notable native of Rand is former Chicago Bears player Bobbie Howard.
The community of Rand was previously named Levi.
