Rana macroglossa is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It occurs in Guatemala and southern Mexico. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, intermittent freshwater marshes, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
