Rana elberti is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is found in Indonesia and Timor-Leste. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, moist savanna, rivers, intermittent rivers, swamps, intermittent freshwater marshes, and coastal freshwater lagoons.
