The Rana De Ingles Negras Y Amarillas (Eleutherodactylus penelopus) is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
