More modernist ranch house in California, built in 1955. 2800 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Has exposed redwood beams inside and glassed in rear patio overlooking inground swimming pool. Currently, 6/15/2007, for sale and listed at $459,000. <------ WTF? This isn't a real estate listing - this is Wikipedia! Go flip your property somewhere else. Note flat roof, large eaves, simple angles. This is a good example of the style's adaptability and range of expression.
