[edit] Who is Christian Settipani?

I have no idea who Christian Settipani is, and why he is now referenced a large number of Ancient Egyptian articles. He doesn't appear to be a professional Egyptologist (and is described as 'Technical Director of an IT company in the Paris area.'). Anyone know whether they are a reliable source ?
