Ramsbottom Cricket Club is a cricket club in the Lancashire League, which plays its home games at Acre Bottom in Ramsbottom. For the 2008 season its captain is Simon Read, and its professional is Lou Vincent of New Zealand[1] The club has won the league on four occasions and won the cup 6 times, including two victories in consecutive years in 2001 and 2002.[2] It has employed professionals including Wasim Raja, Keith Arthurton and Brad Hodge.[3]
