Rampart High School is located in Academy School District 20 of Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is the only high school within the district with the International Baccalaureate Programme. Its mascot is the Ram.

Rampart's band, the Rampart Regiment, has won 1st place in state competitions two consecutive times in the 2005 - 2006 and 2006 - 2007 school years. Rampart Band (September 2007). Also, Rampart Regiment has won 1st place at the Bands of America El Paso, TX Regional Championships out of all bands for both preliminary and final competitions during the 2007-2008 school year.[citation needed]
Rampart High has numerous rivals, most notably Air Academy and Pine Creek.
