Rampa-choda-varam is a census town in East Godavari district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh It is the headquarters of the Yellavaram Mandal.

The 2001 census[1] gives Rampachodavaram a population of 9633. Males constitute 50% of the population and females 50%. Rampachodavaram has an average literacy rate of 74%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 79%, and female literacy is 69%. In Rampachodavaram, 10% of the population is under 6 years of age.
