The Most Reverend Ramon Cabrera Arguelles, D.D. (Born November 12, 1944) is the current Archbishop of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Lipa in the province of Batangas, on the island of Luzon, Philippines.

He was ordained Priest on 21 Dec 1969 at the age of 25 years old. On 26 Nov 1993 at the age of 49, he was elevated to a bishop, and appointed the Titular Bishop of Ros Cré. He became auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Manila. Bishop Arguelles was appointed as bishop to the Military Ordinariate of the Philippines and after 9 years, he was transferred to the archdiocese of Lipa and was appointed Archbishop of that said diocese.
