Tan Sri Ramli Ngah Talib (born March 16 1941 in Perak) is a Malaysian politician active in the United Malays National Organisation. He was the 7th Speaker of the Dewan Rakyat of the Malaysian Parliament. He was the eighth Menteri Besar or the Chief Minister of Perak from 1983 to 1999.
He received his early education at the Malay College Kuala Kangsar before furthering his studies in law at Queen's University Belfast.
