Rami Vainionpää (born 17 May 1967) is a teacher of Sin Moo Hapkido, a martial art.

He is responsible for bringing Sin Moo Hapkido to Finland in 1991 and he also holds the highest ranking Sin Moo Hapkido belt in Finland. He is a 7th dan in Sin Moo Hapkido, 5th dan in Kombatan, a Philippine martial art. Kwan Jang Nim Vainionpää is also the head teacher of Hyol Do Bup in Finland, Korean nervepoint system, which is linked to Sin Moo Hapkido and is meant to be used for attack, defence and healing. He has over 20 years of experience in martial arts. Kwan Jang Nim Vainionpää began his martial arts with Judo in 1979. During the year 1983 he started Ju-Jutsu and he has said this was the true spark to his martial arts career. He is also the head teacher of Sin Moo Hapkido and Kombatan in Finland and the head of the Skandinavian Sin Moo Hapkido Association. He is the only person in Scandinavia that can hold black belt tests in Sin Moo Hapkido. He lives in Pori and he is the head teacher of Pori's Sin Moo Hapkido Dojang housing around 700 practitioners from the age of three years to groups called seniors. He travels around Finland to hold Sin Moo Hapkido grading events, to make sure that the most highest level is upheld all around Finland in Sin Moo Hapkido. He is a student of Jürg Ziegler.
