Ramathibodi Hospital

Ramathibodi Hospital is a university hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.

It was approved in August 1964 under the Second National Economic and Social Development Plan (1967-1971), when medical demand saw the Thai government seek to increase the number of doctors and nurses in the country. Construction was started in September 1965 and initiated in 1969, opening on May 3 1969.

Ramathibodi Hospital is one of two faculties of medicine within Mahidol University ^[1].
