Ramakrishna Mission Residential College is an autonomous college located in Narendrapur, Kolkata. The college was established in 1960 and affiliated to the University of Calcutta. It is run by the Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Narendrapur.[1] The college is residential and only boys are allowed to study in this institution.[2]

The college has six departments which offer Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, Economics, History, Bengali, Zoology, Political Science, Indian Culture, and Philosophy. Aside these courses, post graduate course is taught in this college in Physics and Chemistry.

There is a research and development facility available in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science.[2]

The campus of the college and ashram occupies a full of lush greenery area of 150 acres.[2] The college provides several facilities for its students, such as hostels, library, multigym ,games & sports and medical. At present, there are three hostels under the supervision of the college. The college also provides a well-stocked library with nearly 59,997 books and 49 journals.[3]
