Rama-chandra-puram is a census town in Medak district, in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a predominantly agricultural area in the hot and humid coastal region of the state.

Ramachandrapuram has an average literacy rate of 70%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 75%, and female literacy is 64%.
