Rama Chandra Panda (born 15 June 1949) was a member of the 12th Orissa Legislative Assembly. He represented the Chatrapur constituency of Orissa and is a member of the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) political party. He is a former Deputy Speaker of Orissa Legislative Assembly from 27th March, 2000 to 06th February, 2004.
He has already served as the Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Orissa Unit and currently is the State Executive Member, BJP Orissa Unit. Earlier he held thes posts of Chairman of two Orissa State Public Undertakings namely Orissa Lift Irrigation Corporation and Orissa Agro Industries Corporation.
