It would be nice to get some better pictures...either a bit bigger one of the front, or maybe some pictures of the inside, ballroom etc. I would do it, but I don't know how to put pictures on here. [edit] Mansion

The wikipedia article Mansion says that although it is difficult to define a mansion exactly, realtors use the formula that if the house is over 8,000 square feet, it is classified as a mansion. Ralston Hall is 55,000 square feet, so I think that counts. But I see from your user page that you are working on a project about houses and house types, so if you have another reason for changing the category, please let's discuss it here. Thanks! Category:Mansions has been deleted now. I nominated it for deletion and there was a large majority if favour. "Mansion" is too subjective to be a good category name. Certainly an American realtor's definition is of little relevance in the rest of the world. Olborne 18:55, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
