Anyone have any suggestions or plan to help?

I don't know anything about the subject, so I'm not sure I can help much, but the article does not meet the current featured article criteria because it does not have a lead section and does not cite its sources.

Currently I am working to encourage implementation of the goals of the Wikipedia:Verifiability policy for all featued articles. Part of that is to make sure articles cite their sources. This is particularly important for featured articles, since they are a prominent part of Wikipedia. The Fact and Reference Check Project has more information. All images on wikipedia need to have source information (the creator or publisher) and copyright information (choose a tag). At the moment some of this information is missing, and images like this can be speedily deleted.
