This is the person who wrote several articles for the Gypsy Lore Society in the early 20th century, including "The Position of Romani in Indo-Aryan." Isn't it? If so, he appears to be a rather key figure in Romani Studies. --Kuaichik 23:51, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
